Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For contracts on the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. wallpaper files for download), the right of withdrawal expires under § 356 (6) no. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) once we have begun performing the contract, after you have

  1. expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and
  2. confirmed your awareness that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Because our products are exclusively digital instant downloads, you consent to immediate provision during the ordering process. Once the download has been made available, your right of withdrawal expires.

Withdrawal instructions in the event that the right of withdrawal has not expired

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nils Schlosser, c/o SourceArt, Fritz-Thiele-Straße 3, 28279 Bremen-Obervieland, Germany, email: schlosser_medien@web.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
